Billionways Business Equipment (Zhongshan) Co. operates vapedisplay.com. We coordinate custom retail display projects, including design development, sampling, production and export planning with selected specialist suppliers.

This policy describes information handled through this website and enquiries sent to us. It is separate from our website disclaimer, which explains the use of product information, illustrations and trademarks.

Information we receive

Enquiries and project correspondence. When you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company, telephone or WhatsApp number, enquiry type and project requirements. Optional fields need only be completed if they are useful to your request. If you select reference files in the website form, only their names are included in the enquiry; the files themselves are not uploaded with that form. Files you later send by email, a shared link or another channel are handled as part of that correspondence.

Technical and security information. Our hosting and security services may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, request times and security signals when delivering and protecting the website. This can happen even when you decline optional analytics cookies.

Optional website analytics. A success message confirms that the submission service accepted the request; email delivery and replies also depend on the relevant mail services. If you do not receive a reply, you can contact us directly using that address.

Project coordination. Where needed to prepare or carry out your project, we may share relevant project information with selected production, design, logistics or other service partners. Please tell us if reference material contains confidential information before sending it. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or necessary to address security incidents or legal claims.

Cookies & your choices
