Display stands are full deep customized product. They are not ready to ship. We do free design service for our customer, supply one-stop solutions. Following is our service process, to help our customer to design the stands.
CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS
1, Structure Design
To make the structure design, we need to collect the basic information. After that, we will make the structure drawing within 12hrs. We design it by 3D software 3DS Max, Rhino, Sketchup etc.
Following is some required information.
l Vape pack size
l Vape brand, logo, or graphic
l Need a lockable door or not
l Need lighting or not
l Pusher + divider
l Stand color: Transparent, Black, Glossy or Matt
l Materials: Acrylic, Wood, Metal, PVC.
l Stand style: supply us picture for reference, or choose the style in our product list.
Before we move step of sample production, we supply rendering pictures to our customer, then all details can be seen even we do not have sample on hand. That is very quick and easy for customer to make decision if we need to do modification.
3, Prototype Production
When all the design work of vape display stands are approved, we can move to step of prototype production. Some more details will be confirmed in this step.
Logo/Graphic: UV printing, Decal sticker, Silk Screen.
Prototype shipping out, or confirm details by videos and pictures.
4, Order Production
When the vape display stand sample/prototype is approved, we are ready for orders. We will discuss the packing solution, production schedule, shipping schedule.
For packing, we will supply proper solutions to protect the products from breaking, and save the packing size as well. Acrylic vape display stands are fragile, we use PE bags, PE foam, and strong carton to pack. According to requirements, we may supply the pallets as well, calculate the loading quantity in containers.
